Combined Physiotherapy in Pre-conceptual Preparation and Prevention of Obstetric and Perinatal Pathology in Gynecologic Patients
DOI: 10.13187/ejm.2013.2.64CrossRef

Abstract:
Combined use of magneto- laser therapy, intravaginal and cutaneous electrical neurostimulation and physical therapy by workstation "KLMP-01 “AndroGin" and natural physical therapeutic factors in the form of hydrogen sulfide vaginal irrigations and full baths in the course of pre-conceptual preparation of 270 women suffering from chronic inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs, provided the pregnancy in 73.6 % of patients. Transcranial electrostimulation of these women during pregnancy has reduced the incidence and degree of progression of such gestational pathologies as chronic placental insufficiency in 3.2 times, preeclampsia in 4.6 times, the frequency of cesarean section in 1.4 times.

Staged Physiotherapy in Postoperative Rehabilitation of Patients with Symptomatic Dyshormonal Breast Diseases
DOI: 10.13187/ejm.2013.2.69CrossRef

Abstract:
p to 30 % of patients with nodular forms of mastitis undergo repeated surgical treatment in the first 18 months after the operation. Many of them come through the partial mastectomy 3 or more times in their lives. Psycho-emotional stress, reduction of protective-adaptive mechanisms of homeostasis, co-occurring extragenital pathology play a negative role in the pathogenesis of mastitis. Application of transcranial electrostimulation and normobaric hypoxic therapy in postoperative rehabilitation and complex treatment of patients with breast diseases in the course of personalized pharmacotherapy clinically improves the state of 89.4 % of patients, prevents the progression of diffuse forms of mastitis, lowers the rate of re-formation of foci localized fibroadenomatosis by 64.7 %.

Importance of Climatic and Balneological Resources of Kuban Healing Areas for Enhancement of Gynecological Patients in Puberty Age
DOI: 10.13187/ejm.2013.2.76CrossRef

Abstract:
The study examines the frequency of co-occurring somatic diseases in patients with gynecological disorders of menstrual function. The study presents a detailed analysis of resort factors of healing areas in Krasnodar Region, which can be successfully used in differential regenerative treatment of patients with co-occurring extragenital pathologies.

Natural and Preformed Physical Factors in Phase Medical Rehabilitation of Patients with Pubertal Menorrhagia
DOI: 10.13187/ejm.2013.2.84CrossRef

Abstract:
Relevance. The study presents the results of how the application of restorative treatment might be affective for people of puberty age with menstrual function. The appropriateness of the active use of resort related recourses of Krasnodar region during the medical rehabilitation of girls with reproductive system disorders has been shown in the study.

Results of the Study of Medical and Biological Properties of Modern Dental Polymers
DOI: 10.13187/ejm.2013.2.95CrossRef

Abstract:
The biocompatibility of materials of construction materials of dentures, used for the treatment of patients without teeth is one of the key issues of modern dentistry. Thermoplastic polymers are new members of the basic polymers and is currently poorly understood. Chemical nature of these materials is a major positive factor in harmless dentures. However, the ability of microorganisms to adsorb on the surface and penetrate into the structure of a dental prosthesis depends on many factors, including the quality of their processing. In this study, the issues of quality of surface polymers after finishing at the macro and micro levels were reviewed. These aspects are crucial for long-term operation of harmless prosthetic in the oral cavity.
